Cat Osterman on Pitching: Softball Training Tips

Posted on Youtube by STACKVids |
Cat Osterman, NCAA all time leader for strikeouts per 7 innings in Women's softball, and 2004 Summer Olympics athlete, gives a how to on finger placement when pitching the ball. ""Its not necessarily where, the biggest thing is whatever pressure fingers you are using, I use my index finger a lot of pitchers like to use their middle finger.
